Cheap Car Rentals in University of New Mexico South, Albuquerque

Everything was great!

Vehicle i paid for was not available, and no discount.

The customer service person at the the desk in Albuquerque Dollar made an effort to get me on the road in a very short time. That is always appreciated.

We made a reservation and have an expectation that the reservation will be ready when we arrive. It took over 2 hours to get the car we reserved after we arrived at the Thrifty counter; UNACCEPTABLE! After we were finally called to get the car, we said that waiting so long was not something customers should be subjected to and that telling us that the wait would only be 20 minutes was done to keep the customer from gong to another rental company. The agent said if we were not happy that we could rent elsewhere. Also, the window film was so thick hat we had to pull over to clean the inside of the windshield ourselves. Lastly, Thrifty reported the gas tank as full, however, the tank was 3/4 full. Lies and poor service unlike any other auto rental experience I have ever had.

Closed at 10 pm. This could be better publicized. Car was comfortable. Drop off easy.

Pick-up ay Thrifty could have gone better. After over two hours of waiting for our reserved car I was referred to their manager at Hertz who took care of this immediately. If this had occurred from the onset It would have been an "Excellent" fating overall.

Pick up at counter took 30 minutes. The man was nice but they needed more people.

. Long wait at Albuquerque airport for pickup of car as counter was understaffed. However once we got to the counter, agent was very helpful and efficient. .

The rental car agent at Albuquerque Sunport Airport Car Rental, Budget was friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. (Unfortunately, we don't remember her name. She had the last shift that ended at midnight.)

Beware, no after hours pickup. After 11PM? Most likely, the desk will be empty.

Great customer service at the counter. Car was was new and clean. Very happy renting from Avis.

A very long wait to pick up the car. But drop off was great.
