Great service, very quick handoff. The car was clean and great quality. Giving it back was super easy and the personnel was nice.

There was one individual that was very helpful and did her best to turn a bad situation into a good one. Based on my experience, without her smoothing things over, I would never rent from hertz again.

No one was at the location when I arrived, they didn't have my reservation, and I had to replan my entire trip having to wait for someone to show up. I ended up missing one of the few reasons I went to Norway.

We were able to pick up in one city and drop off in another city in Norway.

We were charged extra (over $50) for the late arrival even though our flight was delayed, so it wasn't our fault also we had called them earlier to let them know.
