I ended up canceling the reservation on the spot. I’ll never book with this company again. It’s a scam. To improve, they need to completely change their business model and change the people working for them. It would be better if such company did not exist.

They could have honored my reservation

The car had a chokolate wrapper fell between the seat and thr handbrake from the previous person who rented our car,now.. normaly i wouldnt care but it says premium cleaned or something, now also… i wouldnt even care about that im from Croatia we are easy going people, but if i did this i would probably get chraged or something becouse of the “company policy” or some other general explenation, but non the less the service was great,the car was better then we expected ! and we even got the car a lil bit behind the deadline and we really apreciated that, 10/10 i would recomend the company ! and the service :)
