I wish renting a car was not so expensive these days, however we had an impeccable rental experience from the pick up to the drop off. As you may be aware I also got an upgrade, I was super stressed about needing a 4 x 4 with the winter weather that was happening just before we were landing - I even called customer service to try to figure out how to do that but amazingly got a 4 x 4 even though I hadn’t booked one. Needless to say the weather wasn’t as bad as would have been imagined, our rental was perfect. Thank you so much, we will be back

Wouldn’t let me rent because I recently got married and my credit card last name didn’t match my ID, even though my first and middle names were clearly the same. Lady at desk was super rude and unapologetic. Rented from Alamo instead.

I liked the vehicle I received and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a shortage of vehicles so I appreciated the upgrade to a larger car at no extra price. The final bill was 20.00 more than I expected, but I assume maybe it was related to taxes or fees. Overall a good experience.

Employees were rude and no work ethic- slow, took breaks and wouldn’t answer questions from anyone. Car reeked of smoked and they wouldn’t let us switch. We waited over an hour for the car because “they needed to clean it” yet the car was very dirty. Overall, terrible experience. I called customer service and they did nothing.

The dollar representative left before our plane landed although representatives for other rental companies waited for their customers to arrive. Horrible customer service. You have some nerve asking for my review. Another rental company helped us out by providing us with a car although we didn’t have reservations with them. Their service was impeccable!

Made reservation over 24 hours in advance. Adjusted pick up time by 30 minutes the day we were to pick up the car. Because there was a change to the reservation, they said they could not honor a same-day reservation, despite the fact I made the original reservation the day before. If not for a helpful human at Enterprise, my fiance and I would have been stranded. Will be avoiding Thrifty at all costs and would advise you to do the same.

Our flight was delayed and we got in pretty late. There was one woman working with quite a long line and got everyone in and out quickly with a warm smile and positive attitude. Helped to make a frustrating day so much better. I wish all agents could be like her.

The good: Our plane got in hours late and the Avis employee stayed until everyone was able to pick up their car, very late into the morning (1-2am). Thank you! Constructive: The car wasn’t clean, windows were full of handprints and there was no one to check the car out when we left. We noticed damage to the car when we picked it up and can only hope that they don’t think that we did it. My guess is that they’re just understaffed and trying their best. Having rented many cars during the pandemic, this was the first poor experience I’ve had and the first time renting from Avis.

This site reserved me a rental and took part of payment even though actual rental location was out of cars. I got charged but was stranded without a vehicle. Won't use this site again nor will I encourage others too

The man that handled the rental was nice and professional but was put in a horrible position by having no help and was taking about 20 minutes with each client and there was a long line. Seemed that most of the passengers from my flight rented planes. It was a very long exhausting wait in line. There was no one there to show you how to even use the vehicle or do a walk around.
