They nickel and dime you at every turn Was an hour late at pick up location due to flight delay and was given a $200 upcharge to get a 'like class' that I reserved because my car was rented within that 60 minutes. No human interaction, submit all questions, concerns or issues via web portal unless you're at a location. Even though the BMW 3 series I finally rented only had 30K , the car was pretty dinged up and now they are saying I did some of the damage even with me supplying a video of what the car looked like at point of pick up. Staff at the pick up location, very rude with a "this is the way it is, take it or not .,., I only do what I am told to do"
