As we left a bag in the car, the after service is abysmal. We just wanted to call the Domestic Office at the airport and ask them to go outside ,open the door of the car, and hold the bag in the office until my son could pick it up. Instead, our calls were rerouted to some far distant call centre. The poor people could not understand us or we them. Email was the only option. When they tried calling the offices, there was no reply. Europcar might consider a different system. We have had no contact to date.
