The car was nice, very clean.

Very stripped down version of the car. I rent a lot and gps and Cn radio are pretty standard at the same price at other companies. The worst part was the rental agent. Extremely high pressure sales tactics on the insurance. Repeatedly asking despite me saying numerous times I don't want it. "I don't want you to leave without our insurance., what will it take to get you into our insurance before you go." The kid was like a bad caricature of a used car salesman. That and the dorky stocking cap he wore even inside really ruined his professional look.

I was desperate for a car of any kind. I found one 45 minutes away. Reserved it. Called an Uber and headed there. Then was called and told there was not a vehicle. The guy on the phone said it is normal yo keep taking reservations even though the cars are not a available. It was very frustrating!

Drop off was super easy.

Would have been nice if I could have picked up the rental from the location I booked it from. Having to pick up from an alternate location delayed our departure time by at least 2 hours due to additional travel time to pick up, and that location being extremely under staffed.

Why waited until the day of pick up to inform me that there were no van available. Which we paid for it up front. Never again!!!!!!!
