Not any online systems worked, no online checking, not possible to download invoice (credentials do not match). People on desk were very friendly and nice, but everything else poor. Also I'll complain my invoice as I get it. The price offer what I get was different as taken my credit card.

Wanted to extend the hire for just 4 days but this was going to cost me more than the 11 days I had already hired. So I took it back to the airport in Alice Springs and hired from another car hire agency for $300 rather then over $2k. Ridiculous difference in price for a similar car.

Cheap car (supplier's choice). We (me and my girlfriend) got big MPV (Kia) with 7 spaces. A lot of places, a good car.

Slow pickup - there was a problem with mobile network in Yulara - there was no internet connection or mobile signal on the airport this day so everything had to be filled manually by renter/supplier. But it can happen - it is not Hertz fail... E91 Uluru price - $2,22 compare to Sydney - $1,37

I know I booked a "mystery vehicle", but getting a banged up van for a couple in their fifties was not exactly what I envisioned. I can understand a van part as it was a mystery car, but why was it banged up and not cleaned well after the previous use? Nobody was available at the desk mid-day when we were returning the vehicle. We tried two times with half-hour in between. Is anybody manning the desk at all?

We hired a vehicle on Thursday the 27th of October at the airport in Yulara. We had exceptional service from the lady at the counter who went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend Avis based on her outstanding service.

The Rav4 was a very comfortable vehicle and held our suitcases and they were big ones! The waitstaff were very nice people and they were quite personable.

The Rav4 gets not the best mileage. I drive a Prius and get over 50 MPG on the low end so, having to gas up once during our 3 days of use ....actually twice as we had to fill up before we turned it in...was a bit much.
