Pick up and drop was easy. Just one question: I left some items in the front seat. I stopped at a gas station on way to the airport and got three souvenirs and a roll and candy bar. Is it possible to get the three magnets back? Don’t care about edible items. Thank you!! I didn’t have any issues with vehicle.

I asked/booked for an “economy car” such as a Chevy spark or similar and ended up with a Dodge Challenger. I was trying to save money by renting a car one-way instead of flying and the challenger didn’t cut it in the MPG’s.

I was very impressed with how friendly and professional your staff was in Billings, Montana and in Denver, Colorado. The car itself was clean and comfortable. The tire air pressure sensor indicated that one of the tires was low. which was not accurate as I inspected it with an external tire pressure gauge. Overall, decent price, great customer service. Would recommend to friends and family.

I tried to call a number of times to extend my rental and it took 8 calls to talk with someone who could help me. She was a great help, but it was frustrating not getting through or talking to people who couldn't help me.

the staff at the counter was very helpful. we called 5 times before we arrived a day late only to be told there would be no car; they would not hold our car even if we paid for the day lost in advance. I sure I will not use them again. Finally reached a american person who helped, saved the car.

The rental was so easy! We were tired and just wanted to hit the road. Thankfully the process was quick and problem free.

The internet said a midsize car was available but when we got to the airport they were out. After a bit of switching around we rented a Kia Sedona van which ended up being a blessing!

Had to find a Thrifty car parking slot when returning the car. Should just have numbered slots, not by company.

The customer service on both ends was good.

When someone is renting a one day, one way rental, 750 miles, in the mountain states, dead of winter, please don't give them the worst car you have, just because you don't want to loose a good local rental car! My 400 dollars for 24 hours should go a little further than that. That is straight up bad business and greed!

It was uncomfortable to not have someone check the car back in at the airport, had to just park it and leave, and no one at the counter. Damage could have occurred in the parking lot after I left, and I could have been held responsible. Other than that, a satifactory experience.

Kayak asked my pick up and drop off destinations. I entered that info and they sent me to priceline for the best deal. When we arrive in Billings they let me know that the car had to be returned there. I had to change our entire itinerary and flight out.

New van...great shape!

The rate I received on the internet did not match what was in the computer at the desk...lucky for me I had a copy of the confirmation with the price and was able to show the attendant. The lady right in front of me had the same issue but did not have a copy of the confirmation...leads me to believe there is an IT issue that needs to be resolved.
