Our flights were rerouted so we had to change from our original destination. Our first reservation which was booked online with you would have picked up Saturday night at the Airport. When our flight arrived and we got to the rental car area about 9:15 your area was closed. We called the 800 number to be told the reservation we made could only be reached by private plane so we couldn't get our car. ???? This should have been made clear online. We were told a car now would be about 6 times the amount we first counted on. We went on to our motel and got online where we were able to find one at a more reasonable rate. We picked it up the next day.
I had a truck reserved but let them switch me to a sedan, due to shortage of trucks. The truck offers more space and comfort but I was nice and let them switch

The drop-off was very quick and easy, and the employee was friendly.
I was told about the security deposit that was charged to my credit card, so was surprised to see it on my credit card bill.
Sam was extremely helpful and made the pickup and drop off experiences the best I have ever had from a car rental company. The car was excellent. Even though enterprise is listed as an off airport shuttle in Bismarck, it is not. It’s located in baggage claim and the cars are right outside the door.

Whoever manages this place needs to hire more people so when flights get delayed the poor counter person doesn't get slammed. This is North Dakota. In Winter. Flights will get delayed and it's unfair to everyone to have one single person working the desk and 30 people waiting in line from 3 flights. Enterprise is generally a pretty good franchise but this one really needs to hire more people, as does the airport.

1. I had no idea they would charge me another $150.00 for a second driver. 2. It took them almost a week to send me an e-mail with the final charges after I turned the car in. 3. This is the first time I was not given unlimited mileage, I resent that.
