Cheap Car Rentals in Caudéran, Bordeaux

Terrible divide between corporate and the people who actually rent the cars. Spent hundreds of dollars of our own money for two separate taxis because of a broken down car and we were treated like animals by the manager at Bordeaux airport. Go elsewhere for a rental because if something wrong happens it's a bit of a nightmare.

This was a really easy rental experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. My security deposit was returned promptly after I returned the car

Charged me $130 to clean the car at drop off. Over years and years, I’ve never been charged for cleaning. Had I known, I would have pulled off and vacuumed it myself for $5. Didn’t want to miss my flight, or I’d have done it. The staff were great, but the cleaning fee is completely out of the ordinary.

Car was fine. We tried to contact customer service 10 times to inquire about making a slight modification to our reservation. We spent a few hours going back and forth with different customer service agents until they finally told us that our information was set up incorrectly, so we couldn't make changes online. Every time we spoke to someone, they tried to transfer us to the "international line", which was absolutely useless. It was just an automated line where we couldn't talk to someone. We wasted a lot of time trying to modify our reservation. Please make your international customer service better.
