When picking up vehicle there was a completely unexpected “one way charge”. The car was booked as one way from the first moment. It is hard to back off at the moment of picking vehicle up with no alternative arrangements. If this charge was shown in the booking we would have booked elsewhere.

Great customer service in Roslindale, and cleanliness of vehicle was excellent as well. Only problem was that the Enterprise at Logan Airport was unwilling to give me a one-way rental to Augusta, ME. Very strange that a small Enterprise with a dozen cars in Roslindale, MA was able to provide a service that the huge Enterprise with several hundred cars at the airport couldn’t manage. It was inconvenient to travel with several large suitcases to a place 30 minutes from the airport, than to simply get the car at the airport.

PROMISED CARS THEY DID NOT HAVE. I reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. Confirmed. Then…no car available when I arrived. Spent 80-dollars on Ubers going from one Enterprise location to the next. No cars at any of them EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION AGENT ON THE PHONE ASSURED ME OF AVAILABILITY. There is a major disconnect between reservations and actual inventory. Final straw - I Ubered to Logan Airport and the Enterprise counter agent said she could not rent a vehicle to me because I was technically a “walk up”. Ended up getting a car from Hertz for twice the cost of Enterprise but I had no options. A MESS

Service was good on both ends. Mixed on the car itself. I got a great deal and a better car than expected (Rav4 when I paid for a Ford Focus or equivalent). However, it was a car someone had smoked in previously. You can't get that smell out and while it wasn't overpowering and didn't ruin my vacation, it was inescapable whenever I drove even with the windows down. You should just take cars like that out of circulation.

They still haven't checked me out after returning the car 3 days ago. This is terrible

If managers and employees are going to leave early please make everyone aware.
