More friendly service when we dropped off the car. One of the staff was unfriendly to customers when we entered the place. The bus driver dropped us off at the wrong airport terminal. When he dropped us off we thought we were at the international terminal, but we did not realize we were dropped off at the domestic airport. He did not tell us. I really think Alpha Car Rental staff need to be more helpful and friendly to foreign customers who are not familiar to Brisbane.

Poor communication

The car was in poor condition and I had to return it earlier than scheduled. (No refund offered) Staff was very friendly and helpful.
