I had a reservation that was filled and confirmed. I got to the check in desk and was told there was no cars. No one tried to offer any assistance at all at switching to a different vehicle or anything at all. Just "we can't help you". This I do not understand as the reservation was confirmed. Very poor customer service and just a horrible overall experience. Waste of valuable time.
Kayak quoted me $600 for the car rental at the airport I've paid over $200 more
