I was charged for two days after it was cleared on the phone to drop the car a few hours after as qld australia was having a natural disaster of flooding and emergency services advices me not to drive. I called doing the right thing and still was charged an extra day causing my account to go into minus and extra charges charged to my bank. The help I received on the phone was very poor and I am still waiting on my refund! I will never used this company again and will be sure to spread that amongst my many followers. No good!
