I was blessed with a free upgrade into a Kia Optima. It had ALL the bells and whistles! The lane assist and alert system was a comfort as I was driving through the night 12 hours. I knew if I did get drowsy the car would tell me and I could pull over.
I wish the tank was full when I got it. There is no way to take a car back at 5/8th.
The drop-off was very easy. The staff was ok.
Better parking for cars.
Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.

They didn’t actually have rental cars available even though Kayak said they did. I went all the way to the airport pick up location just to find no actual cars
Rental counter closed at 4 pm, flight delays caused us to arrive at 5 pm. No one told us about limited counter hours No car , no offer from Budget to provide transportation to our final destination. We had to stay in airport hotel until next day. When we picked up the car, rental agent was rude. I will not rent from Budget again
When returning my car, I had to wait in line for 25 mins. I couldn't wait any longer as I had to check in so left the keys and paperwork with the desk rep. She said she would email me my receipt but I have received nothing. I tried calling customer service but no one was able to help me.
Great, new vehicle, clean, good value, great fuel economy. Customer service was excellent both at pickup and drop off.

Pick up process was smooth. Lady knew what she was doing and had me straight quickly. Drop has not happened yet as I ended up extending the reservation. So far so good overall. I'd do it again.
