We felt bad when we dropped off the vehicle that the spikes ruined a tire. It's hard to see coming into the parkade from the bright sun, while looking for signage of where to go. A different system would be helpful, or signage warning about the spikes.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered an SUV and when I arrived the ride AVIS person said I ordered a Tesla. I showed him my reservation with a picture of the SUV in the reservation and he said well you ordered thru a third party and you need to call them. I always rent thru Kayak and Allvis. It was late I had no choice but to take a Yukon truck with was more than double my reservation I had. So disappointed. I travel every week and was treated very unprofessionally. I will never rent AVIS again snd will make sure everyone knows about my experience!!

Planned drop off in Lake Louise Sat at 6:30pm. I arrived there at 5pm. The office was closed the entire weekend. No drop box, no information about how to return the vehicle. A phone number that was listed there for "immediate assistance" took me to the central Hertz automated line. After many attempts I ended up finally being connected to a person, who was located in the US. They told me I would need to return the car to the next closest open location - it was in Edmonton! A 5hr drive away! After an hour on the phone and multiple holds I was asked to leave the keys in the vehicle. Why is there no better drop off system, especially when the location hours are 8-3pm M-F?

Your website showed a 7 passenger 5 full luggage vehicle, an expedition was pictured, when I went to pick it up I was told a full size suv was a Durango or equivalent which doesn’t have trunk space for any luggage once the 3rd row is up. Your website misrepresented the vehicle type and didn’t match the hertz vehicle class - we didn’t have enough space for our party and luggage to fit in the vehicle.

We were given an Atlas instead of an economy car. However, the GPS was complicated and got us lost as it kept directing us to the place we had just left, even after trying to enter the correct address many times, we finally gave up and found the road signs more helpful.

Everything went smoothly with easy pick up and drop off. The only issue we had was with the brakes after the 3rd day. They were making a thumping noise when we applied them going down steep inclines in the rockies and the steering wheel was vibrating. I was told by a mechanic that the issue was probably a warped rotor so he advised us to not ride the brakes going down a steep hill and to use them moderately.

Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. Never trust them! they not afford to provide a car on time.

The 2016 Surburban LTZ reserved was exactly what we needed to transport 7 with carry-on size luggage on a trip from Calgary to Kelowna. I called in a few months before to ask for either a Surburban or Yukon XL so it was great that Driving Force was able to accommodate my needs. This vehicle had all the added bells and whistles such as, adaptive cruise control, pretty good fuel mileage for it's size, collision sensors, A/C seats (front only), and a pretty bumping sound system. It definitely made it easier for me to feel safe and confident enough to drive the SUV since I normally drive a Mazda 3 so it was a big change for me.

Unexpected extra fees, not included in Kayak quote...final cost was $100 MORE...NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Rental company blamed Kayak for not informing me about those fees. I won’t book through Kayak or that company again...not cool to be overcharged.

Friendly and easy going staff. We made a few modifications to our booking over the course of a few days and the staff were more than accommodating to our requests. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will look no where else on returning to Calgary for car rental.

I rented a Yukon XL and it was a 2018 with 2K km's. It was loaded with everything including a DVD which was great for a long drive.

They overbooked my reservation that I had for 6 weeks. They tried to slough off a Ford Transit instead, but after I refused they miraculously found my reservation at another location. I had to drive there to pick it up, but after that all was good.

If you take the shuttle from the airport there is approximately $50+ extra charges for "airport taxes", making this rental more costly than other car rentals conveniently right at airport. This charge is not included when booking car. Beware.
