They gave me a PRIUS to drive in Wyoming in March. This vehicle has a very low clearance and is a hybrid, so is a lighter weight vehicle. I reserved a STANDARD sized car. I asked for an alternative, and was told there were no other vehicles. The employees were very nice, but could not help me with providing information about the use of this car. In my opinion, giving someone a PRIUS in Wyoming and March is a lousy thing to do.

We tried to change the place for the car return. The first time we called it was supposed to be $25. The second time we called (we needed time to think about it) it was supposed to be $175!! That was more than we paid for the car! We paid a different amount than what I was told when we ordered the car online. The car didn't have the carseats we ordered so we had to go to a different budget location to get the seats! That was very annoying. Service was not good, people were unfriendly and not helpful.

Yes good and friendly staff

I left my eyeglasses in car at time of turn in. I had a horrible experience trying to get a phone call in before closing time. Kept getting bounced to the national Avis phone service and wasted time. I wanted simply to talk to desk clerk before she was done work and have her check. No go.

Pickup too far from airport, van didn't have designated luggage space so trip from airport to agency with 5 clients with their luggage was difficult. When I dropped off car at airport took me 4 phone calls to get trough to agency to tell them car was there.

The Enterprise staff was great. Very helpful and it was the first time I received a confirmation call from an actual person. I appreciate their attention to the customer.

The Drop Off in Casper was confusing and a little scary. I had to drop off early in the morning and the parking space at the airport is dark and a little confusing and intimidating in the dark. I will try it again once they are on Airport property.
