The Pick-up and return of the car was very easy at CWA. The car was ready and running when we arrived.

The Mazada 2 that we were given was smaller than the Ford Focus I reserved.

The only real downfall was dropping off at a small airport. I had to find a proper spot to park the car, log the mileage and deliver all that info to the desk. I received an upgraded car because it needed to go to Appleton anyway. That was a nice treat. Very nice staff.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and yes, pick up/drop off was great. It’s nice that they were open after the last flight came in and that the desk was at the airport vs offsite

I haven’t received my receipt by email yet. It’s been 24 hours since drop off. I really need my recipes so I can turn it in for reimbursement for work. With AVIS, they email my receipt immediately so it doesn’t slow down me getting paid. But I was happy with everything else

Kiosk was closed when we arrived to pick up car. Kiosk hours should be provided when reservation is made so travelers can plan accordingly.

The car selection was terrible. The agent did not walk the car with us in Mosinee WI. She was polite. When we arrived in Milwaukee at the airport. The enterprise representative went on about the bump on the passenger door. I said they told us it was documented in the rental record. He went on about well they have to fix it. We can’t rent this again. I said I’m not paying for this. He explained that we would not be charged etc. why even bring this up to the client? This is an agency concern. With all the trouble I had finding a rental. I am not happy.

The car was mostly clean.

Any and all. The rental associate sounded like a used car salesman trying to nickel and dime you. I got inaudible sounds and shoulder shrugs when I didn’t take the “bumper to bumper” coverage, an extra $68/day. The first car I spend 10 minutes packing and installing a car seat sounded like I was dragging a bumper when I applied the brakes. The same associate told me it was because it sat for a week. I told her I’m not trusting my family to a car that has brakes that sound that bad. Car was changed and again she couldn’t help herself, “you could upgrade for another $258”. This was hands down the worst rental car experience. I felt like I was being set up and robbed all at the same time.

The CWA hertz location has different hours then what is posted delaying the pickup. The pickup over all had be to canceled because contrary to hertz website and offical agreement i read over, this location would not rent to me because at this location the minimum rent age is 21. It is not posted anywhere:(. Never again.....
