They didn’t have the vehicle type that we ordered and then never told us ahead of time. We found out when they got there.
They car was too small not clean and the wrong location.

The location of the Hertz was strange and seemed unlabeled. The staff were quite unorganized and did not provide any instructions on how to do Sunday drop-offs for when the store was closed and did not let me know they would be closed when I came to drop off. It took forever to get my car assigned. The cost of insurance for the vehicle was also more than the vehicle itself and that was deeply upsetting.
Customer service poor.
Called to cancel reservation. They said they canceled and I’d be refunded, minus 50 for cancellation fee. Never happened still billed in full.
The enterprise i rented from was an hour away from airport with not shuttle service.
Pickup and drop-off was quick and was conducted entirely outdoors.
I wish the supplemental insurance was cheaper. It added a significant amount to the daily cost.
They should put that is only credit and that it has to be under the same drivers name the car. It was a totally bad experience since i wasnt able to rent a car at all

Everything- they gave me a different car than what I reserved and I was 60 seconds into my trip before a check engine light came on and then a light telling me I had a flat tire. I did not have a flat tire but I returned the car as there was clearly issues with this vehicle and I did not feel safe.
Received a call 1 hour before pickup they would not have a car for me. Never Enterprise again.
Local operation worked hard to make up for car not available
The rent process is simple, easy, and fast. The staff are friendly. Very good. The return process is also super easy and fast. The only thing I feel bad is that this car is pretty noisy. I think it should do tire balance and tire rotation. I was so concerned about the noise and I almost drove back to ask for exchanging the car.
They said they have no cars
The person who helped me was having a bad day. Real cranky. Or maybe customer service isn't his thing. Lost a customer.
Loved that everything went according to plan and they even gave me a Camry, which was a wonderful upgrade compared with what I had ordered (the cheapest car possible)
Cash option, I got my wallet stolen and car broke down, my job requires a car to work and since I don't have a car or my wallet, I couldn't rent the vehicle that I need it to at least do my job, cause they required a credit or debit card, I have plenty of money on my bank card!!!
The person at the counter was exceptional polite and curtious! He was also then when I dropped off the vehicle. I will use this particle Budget again solely based on his performance! It's rare to see someone In Customer Service go above and beyond! Thank you
