The rent process is simple, easy, and fast. The staff are friendly. Very good. The return process is also super easy and fast. The only thing I feel bad is that this car is pretty noisy. I think it should do tire balance and tire rotation. I was so concerned about the noise and I almost drove back to ask for exchanging the car.

The same rental in Evanston vs. renting at O'Hare saved me a lot of money. Airport fees are obviously very high at O'Hare. Helpful friendly personnel and a nice car.

The staff was not friendly AT ALL! I will never go there again. The car smelled like smoke and alcohol (they had a sign cars would be smoke free..). One of the staff was rude the entire time and the car was dirty and with a broken transponder. I will DISSUADE people from ever doing business with AVIS at this location. Overall HORRIBLE !

DO NOT RENT CARS AT THIS LOCATION! ! ! The car smelled like smoke and alcohol badly and we found the car extremely dirty with cookies and fries under the seats (all of this during Covid times...). They gave a car with maintenance issues and a broken transponder. Called the rep from the facility and mentioned I would have to clean car myself while I had to pay for all my toll roads. HORRIBLE! Please DO NOT rent cars from this branch!!!

pick up and drop off super easy? car was clean, had automatic cruise control when you hit set,had good mileage and was comfortable.

It took me a long while to figure out how to maximize ac vents so part of the trip I was warm. Next time I'll check it when I get in car and if I have trouble like I did I'll ask for help.

The location of the Hertz was strange and seemed unlabeled. The staff were quite unorganized and did not provide any instructions on how to do Sunday drop-offs for when the store was closed and did not let me know they would be closed when I came to drop off. It took forever to get my car assigned. The cost of insurance for the vehicle was also more than the vehicle itself and that was deeply upsetting.
