You desperately need to fix your system's integration with Enterprise's system. I modified the booking a couple times on Kayak, but Enterprise didn't get alerted to the modification. The emails I received from Kayak had the wrong pick-up locations for Enterprise, but again, because Kayak didn't properly relay the pick-up location to Enterprise, I ended up going to the wrong location. This costed me $40 to take an Uber to the correct location as well as a 2-hour delay in pick-up, almost causing me to miss my drop-off time. I should get some credit for this hassle, which is totally Kayak's fault.
