The car was much roomier than it looked to be from the outside. It rode very smoothly. It had great gas mileage.
It was a much lighter car than I am used to driving so we definitely felt the wind.
The staff went above what you could expect and offered either an upgrade for no charge or a smaller SUV with a refund. The entire transaction from start to finish was easy and they were so courteous.
It was the best car rental experience I have ever had. The process was easy, the service was excellent, and the price very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this location.

Excellent staff..Had a problem with car and Zack handled it very well and easy. Location was away from the airport but easy to find and the prices were so much cheaper.
Young gentleman who assisted me was so professional and helpful; he provided the ultimate customer experience.
Denver Airport Drop Off: Shorter wait time for the shuttle to the terminal could have been better. We waited about 20 minutes and people were getting very antsy. The shuttle was standing room only. Arrive super early for drop off to avoid stress.
Pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I was asked if I needed a ride which was greatly appreciated. I didn't need one this time but I might in the future.
Car was not very clean inside, considering Covid restrictions. Someone had also smoked in the car, previously.

The car was dirty, missing a floor mat, missing plastic pieces inside. It had 35k miles on it, so I'm sure it's going to be taken out of the rental rotation soon.
I didn't like this experience with Enterprise at all.
The attitude of the staff. Every single one was horrible to me and even have it recorded when they lied about the insurance. Manager was a complete hateful jerk and the lady that helped us first was so rude it was ridiculous.
Staff was amazingly helpful, upgraded us to a bigger vehicle for a cheaper price. Very friendly, definitely recommend them. Will absolutely use again
I accidentally booked for the wrong day, but the pickup staff was entirely gracious and friendly. They got me a car a day earlier than I had mistakenly scheduled and had me out the door on time.

Why does renting a car from Avis has to be difficult with the credit check stuff? I have Good credit and still could not get the rental i reserved online. i wenT to pick up at 5pm close to closing time, was not warned about credit check online until at desk,

I ASKED FOR A 7 SEAT VEHICLE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY GAVE ME ONE WITH 6 SEATS. I ASKED WHAT WAS NECESSARY TO ADD A DRIVER, THEY TOLD ME A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND 13.99 A DAY. WENT BACK TO PAY AND THEY SAID HE NEEDED DEBIT CARD AND THEY WERE CLOSING SO I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE AIRPORT, 20 MINUTE DRIVE, TO ADD DRIVER. VERY POOR INFORMATION AND SERVICE.

The rental location ought to be clearer b4 transaction is complete. We thought we were going to be picking the car up at the airport. It wasn't until we received the email confirmation that we discovered the car would be waiting for us at another location. In our case it all worked out, we were sent to the airport location to pick up an SUV that had all wheel drive. (weather conditions)

Since I rented through Kayak the people at Hertz said they had no information about my rental. Even though I got the confirmation email FROM Hertz directly. They didn't have the van I rented and scrambled to put me in a Dodge Ram truck as a replacement. They did everything they could at Hertz and got me in a replacement vehicle but the communication between Hertz and Kayak was abysmal.
Very friendly and competent staff. The car was pretty old. Kind of hard to drive on Colorado streets sometimes.
I was upsold the on star access when signing, only to find out it wasn’t available when we looked over the car. I was told it would be removed, and not to worry about it. Then, they couldn’t pull up my agreement at the return to confirm the on star add on was removed. Was disappointed with the return. Very uneasy that it would get checked in.

Jonathan was very helpful in getting me into my rental and he was there when I returned my vehicle. Very professional. Explained everything I needed to know. However, I'm not sure about your charge of $222.00. Even though it is pending on my card, As of this date and time the charge is still pending. When will it be removed from mt Amex card?
Our GMC YUKON DENALI was perfect. The staff was efficient, accommodating and friendly. Will use them again next year!
