Cheap Car Rentals in Northeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs

Everything with the vehicle was great- other than my flight getting canceled forcing me to drive back home and nobody told me about all the added fees involved. I had my doubts when I asked how much is this going to be if I have to drive back and drop off at another location/different state and he said it wouldn’t. My under $500 for the week rental was closer to $1000. I travel so much- I doubt I’ll be using budget again based on this. It was terrible customer service at the DEN airport budget however wonderful customer service at the Stuart FL location. The car they initially gave me also had no windshield washer fluid and it was a storm when I was leaving CO. None of my cars had full tanks of gas either but I returned them all full and got it hung for that. I felt that as a customer I did more than what budget did for me.

Customer service at pickup and drop off. Appreciated the shuttle from budget to Denver airport. Will consider budget next time I need a rental. Thank you.

I liked vehicle and the customer service On both locations. The cost should have been for (2) days, not (1) day.

They didn’t have my reservation and charged me full rack rates

Enterprise is much easier and more professional to work with. I only use Hertz when I have to,

These Avis people were friendly and professional. Their service was efficient with a fair price when other prices were high.

I love that the car they had was newer. I was not thrilled that some of the features while showing available in the car were not connected for use. The pet police in vehicles is pretty redundant as well.
