We were traveling with 7people and renting 2 cars. We had 6 very large pieces of luggage and 6 small bags. I figured there was no way we would get 2, five passenger vehicles to move all that luggage and 7 people and Alamo/Enterprise gave us there 2 cars with the biggest trunks and it worked perfect.

The X insurance is expensive but the piece of mind made it necessary since driving in Ire is chaotic. Also, rented GPS was worthless since it did not recognize places, only addresses and in Ireland, addresses are only a convenience. The cell apps work much better, best pay for cell service in Ire.

Easirent does not have a kiosk at the airport and requires you to call them for a car pickup, which is difficult if you don’t have an Irish phone number (SIM cards aren’t available for sale at the Irish airport).The location of the actual car pick-up, once you get there, is less than desirable. The booking site also doesn’t state that you’re almost required to buy additional insurance when you buy the car AND you have to vacuum out the car yourself before returning it. Stick with a bigger name rental company, you’ll thank yourself later.

They didn't have the car I wanted when I showed up. No other options at the time. No communication between Kayak and the company. Ended up getting screwed by having to rent last min during the holidays.

I had to pay about 140 euros separately, because despite taking out additional insurance, I had to leave an extra guarantee of 2,000 euros. Bad information. I never rent through the website again and my recommendations towards your service will be very bad.

They charged me 30eur....that's about 36 us dollars...for "waiving "their insurance because my credit card covered me extensively....they never mentioned there would be a fee. Let alone such a extortionistic one as large as that.. Will never use them again and implore you not to either.. Crooks!!!

there was no wait.

We had to make a change in the itinerary and we returned the car 40 hours earlier than initially planned. I expected a refunded for one day rental. They never mentioned that there is no refund for earlier return.

hidden admin charge of 30 dollars, damage to car not correctly recorded, had to waste 40 mins re inspecting the car, long walk from terminal to car pick up, had to wait 30 mins for car to be inspected and deposit returned.Not a Budget rental but a franchise called flynn brothers

Very expensive. Windshield was dirty inside and out. Was on a sight- seeing trip through Ireland with dirty windshields. Car exterior was dirty also. Had no idea how to return car at Cork airport. No instructions on what to do, where to go, how to walk to terminal from car park. No signs at airport car park to indicate how to walk to terminal. Car itself was good size and easy to drive.

The vehicle worked properly

We were charged an extra drop fee of 65 Euros even though the original quote included this fee (verified by the US Budget office). When I questioned the local pickup office in Cork, they said to take it up with Kayak. We were also given a smaller vehicle than requested - a Nissan Juke, versus the intermediate Toyota Corolla or similar. We had a hard time fitting 3 people and three bags and it was supposed to fit 5 people with 3 bags. We then inquired about a different car and was told it would cost more.
