It’s an outstanding location to rent a car Andy Apple white is a outstanding manager that’s cares about customer service the car was clean the process was easy and everyone’s attitude were friendly I will rent from them again

We were unable to rent a vehicle. They called last minute and canceled our reservation.

Everything was great except for pickup which took an hour and a half.

Never got a car. Waste of time!!

Pickup of the vehicle was very chaotic with long lines. They did not have the car that we reserved so upgraded us at the same price which was great, but I felt for the safe. There was not enough staff for all the customers. Customers were angry, cars were not available when the agent assigned them and the counter overwork and overwhelmed were getting the brunt of the anger. Better planning for weekend that are known to be busy is a management issue. We waited in line for over and hour and a half. The agent that took care of us was very pleasant. Also we were quoted one price and paid $200.00 more, when we picked up the vehicle there was only 3/4 of a tank of gas. We returned the vehicle full and still were charged over $200 more!?! Very disappointed.
