Absolutely nothing. We rented a car a month ago.. paid for it. We arrived and called to make sure was ready, you had no car. We called 3 different people.. customer service, a few locations direct and 800 number.

We booked a car and we were refunded.. but we ened up spending $300 more. No happy.

Picked up car - it was filthy on outside. Had to stop at car wash before starting our trip. Staff was slow and poorly empowered to make decisions. Poorly supportive. When we dropped car off - no one around, no space for safe drop off.

The rental was supposed to be at Phoenix Sky Harbor but instead was 8 miles away and they have no shuttle service. Cost over $60 w/ Uber on getting us to the rental and back to the airport. Major inconvenience!

It was clear in my search that I wanted to pick up at the Phoenix airport. Evidently it was very unclear that kayak booked a car through Hertz at a location 20 minutes away from the airport. This caused all kinds of problems for the trip.

When we arrived in Phoenix we took the shuttle but it turned out to be the wrong Enterprise office! We had problems getting a taxi from there to the correct one, but once we got there, all was good. How were we to know which one was the right one? Has anyone else had the same problem?

Due to over booking, we didn’t get the vehicle or anything close to what we booked. Got a extremely small SUV. Extremely uncomfortable and not so enjoyable ride.

The only thing which could be improved was the car smelled of someone smoking in it. As a nonsmoker, I don't appreciate the smell. In addition, the car manual was missing.

Car ran..that was good. 26,000 miles is a lot for a rental car. Everything else was terrible. Dark garage where you pick up the car... could not see much. Arrived at hotel to see at least 6 areas that were deeply scratched or dented. This car should never have been rented out. Called Avis number....18 minutes on hold to be told this was a customer service issue...call next day. 35 minutes on hold and asked for a call back. They recorded the dents/scratches and gave me a website to download photos. Did not work. I am on vacation wasting a lot of time. Took the car to a local Avis dealer. Would not exchange cars because of appearance, but did record damages in my contract. We will see. Also, charge on contract not the Kyack/Priceline number...$300 more!! Contacted Priceline and they said not to worry. We will also see. Way too much time spent, distractions and it is not over yet. What an absolutely terrible experience. Buyer beware!!

I liked having a rental car when it was available to me. Which is what I paid for. The way Avis handled the rental getting a flat tire, the "repair" and "roadside assistance," and getting a replacement was egregious. I can't say anything positive about the rental car experience with Avis.

What did like - NOTHING. After a $35 Uber ride, the Budget representative said "Sorry, I don't have any cars." Another Uber ride to Enterprise after direct call to the location. Excellent service there. You ride the wrong horses!

Had to take an Uber to pick up the car from the airport The Uber driver warned me the hotel/pickup spot was in dangerous part of town The waiting area reeked of cigarette smoke Once we finally were helped, the staff were super nice. There was much confusion over which vehicles they had available and clean though. Once we got in and drove away, no issues

izabella at the office at 51st ave and cactus-although the car wasnt avail till monday, she was prompt, gave good customer service and helped me out when i needed an extension of my rental

i did not like the fact that i reserved the car 2 months ahead of time and didnt have a car when i arrived-had to wait 5 days for the car-not acceptable-shouldnt matter that it was spring training and nascar, i have never had this problem before and i have done this for years. what was really disheartening was the fact that i couldnt have my car at my offsite office, but for a mere $700 more i could have one at the airport-pretty crappy customer service-actually as many times as i was transfered on the phone, while trying to get help, i would say there was no customer service to speak of

Nothing . I ended up NOT taking the car or renting from Thrifty at all.

The customer service wasn't friendly. The car was dirty and smelled bad. The overall outside condition looked worn. The car looked like one you would get from a third-rate used car dealer.

I really liked both salespersons who worked with me. Personable and helped me with questions.

The car. Ford Fiesta seats beat my kidneys to a pulp within first 20 minutes of driving:( Also, car was so loud that I could not make necessary phone calls while driving--even with speakerphone and headphones. Lame!!

Izabele, the woman working the front desk, was wonderful. I would give her five stars, because she honestly did the best she could. She had called her manager the night before to get the 2 SUVs she needed (one for me, one for another customer). She called him again as soon as I arrived, to find out where they were. She kept on him, and gave me the updates he gave her (just a few minutes more, not long now, soon, etc). It is ABSOLUTELY NOT HER FAULT that her manager did not have the cars to her location when she needed them, or that he did not give her accurate information. She waived the fuel requirement for the rental as compensation for my four-hour wait.

The manager did not have the cars at that location when I arrived for my scheduled 8 am pickup. He did not give his counter associate complete information when she called for updates, so from 8 am until nearly NOON, I was told "It should be here soon, just a few more minutes." I could tell she was just as frustrated as I was, especially when the next SUV customer arrived and was told there wasn't one available and may not be one available for quite some time. Apparently there was a tire problem with the car that they wanted to get checked out, which I appreciate, but I would have appreciated it more if he had told Izabele, so she could have let me know, rather than both of us getting annoyed with the manager for taking so long. As for drop-off, I had to do an after-hours drop-off, and there are two sets of instructions on the window with conflicting information, I followed them to the best of my ability, and I hope everything turned out right.
