Generally liked the car (Renault Espace), but it is an experience. No visible dials, buttons, etc on the dash board. Definitely requires someone to show you how things work before driving away, but there was no one available to help.
Arrived in Nice and they did not have the car I requested (Citroen C4 or similar). Said only car I could have was a van, in a different price category and that I would have to pay the difference in rates. Attendant said she was new and didn't have the ability to waive the extra cost. To me this is unacceptable and I would like to request a refund of the extra charges. At that moment, you are a prisoner, tired after the journey to get there, and with less will to fight.
