We booked a vehicle for nine days and made full payment for the same. About 10 minutes before our pick up time, the company’s representative called and advised that the vehicle was not available due to some accidents and they would arrange a replacement vehicle in the next 3 hours. The company made us wait for the next 5 hours and failed to provide the replacement vehicle resulting in cancellation of our trip and undue hardship. The company handled the whole affair extremely unprofessionally.

This was an absolute scam in my opinion. It led me to believe it was at the International Atlanta airport. It was at a private airport. I could not even gain access to get the vehicle. Please contact me to refund my money.

Although my trip was cancelled due to tornadoes, I Was able to get a rental car thru kayak without any problems. I tried all the car reservations at Atlanta, but all were sold out. I booked a reservation in only 5 minutes. Thank you for your service. Next time, I’ll contact Kayak first.

The rep that assisted me, I want to say his name is Brandon was extremely helpful and friendly. Even though they didn't have the vehicle I reserved on hand he assisted me with obtaining something equal to (or better) to fulfill the reservation at no extra charge. I have NEVER received that type of assistance from other places. I was VERY pleased with the service and will make Enterprise my priority rental place.

Friendly staff at pick up and lower price than I expected. But then charged higher price at drop off! WTF? That Sucked! I called and talked to the staff at that location in Duluth,GA and they would not work with me to reverse the extra money I was charged. Also the car had a broken windshield wiper switch and I had to hold it the during the massive thunderstorm for over 1.5 hours while I drove. Very dangerous not to have both hands on the wheel in a massive rain. Not to mention light care and bad brakes. Test your cars before someone gets hurt! I will be NOT be considering Enterprise nor any affiliated rental car companies in my future rental cars and searches.

Yes very helpful, and not only that but i was very satisfied with the customer service i was in and out within 3 minutes with my reservation.

I can not think of anything that could have made my experience any better while visiting the Enterprise location.

The vehicle was relatively new.

They should have been up front with their fees. I got hit with fees that doubled the price of the rental. Never encountered this at Hertz

My car rental reservation was cancelled the morning of pickup and not a single available car could be found within a 25 mile radius of the Atlanta metro area. What a nightmare! NEVER again!

You made our reservation at the wrong location. We made the reservation for the Atlanta airport but you all switched it to a location 35 minutes away. And by the time we arrived, the AVIS location at the airport was sold out. We ended up going with another rental company. We won't be using a 3rd party to make car reservations again.

Pick up location was unmarked and hard to find. The drop off location had no attendant and I had to go into the actual airport to return the car. I think i was overcharged by 80 bucks but I STILL haven't received an emailed receipt to check. They were unable to give me one when I dropped the car off. Car was alright and pretty clean but the pick up and drop off was one of my worst rental experiences. I would also really like a receipt.

Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Convenience of the rental process.

The location in the mall food court could have been easier to find. Just a note online when booking to remind your driver (Uber or otherwise) to pull around to the back of the mall entrance.
