Nothing, except Mary at the counter! Need to release Credit/Debt hold immediately, when it's your fault for reservation cancellation and acknowledgement when your the company charging payment!
Everything but Mary at the Hertz counter, she was understaffed ,super busy, but very pleasant and apologetic .
Got the smallest car I’ve ever been in because I chose Mánager choice… the cost was also astronomical.
Staff was great
The outside of the car was extremely dirty. Not washed at all. Unfortunately I had to get that particular car because the rest were too small for my needs.
The car was nice but how it was upgraded and the charges made it not worth the price.
When we signed up online to make the for the rental for 3 days at no more than $180. Well when we come in she is told that she must sign up for charges that were not needed. Extra insurance, road toll for $35 (when we told we were only going to be in Greenly everyday and didn’t need to leave the city for tolls, and told that basic tolls are $15//20.) as well as additional fees which brought up the price from that $180 to $700(including $200 deposit) . If we could have gone anywhere else we would have but we had no other options.
My reservation was confirmed but when I got to the AVIS location no cars were available. Clerk was not useful in finding another location that had a car available.
We were charged much more than what we booked for because of the wrong location.
I expected a ford transit but got a chevy express. the express is a little taller and a bit more difficult for seniors to enter. It drove fine and was not a major issue. overall an excellent value for the week
Pick up location was not correct - could have been clearer.
The agent was extremely unfamiliar with car features and gave inaccurate details with little interest in being of concern for my inquiry about the car features. He should have education on what features are truly in the cars
The car was very nice. They even upgraded me when I had to return the car because of a tire issue (no fault of theirs). Treated very well.
Centennial Enterprise is in a car dealership and is difficult to find, hard to get into the building and generally inconvenient.
Office was very hard to find.
We ordered a minivan and confirmed but they didn't have one on site when we arrived for pick up. They offered another vehicle but it was not comparable so they then located another minivan and had it driven over to their office. At took about 45 minutes longer than planned but I was thankful that a accommodated me.
Got a great price on large suv. Steohanie, the customer service rep was very friendly, quick and through.
Attempt to apprase me after thier mistake.
The fact I requested a specific type of vehicle and they attempted to offer me 2 lower tier vehicles. Vehicle needed serious maintenance and placed my group in danger traveling through slick, snowy, mountain conditions
As usual, the staff at Enterprise friendly and helpful and it took very little time to get my car
The Mitsubishi we rented had terrible pick up and and ran very rough.
