Cheap Car Rentals in Washington Virginia Vale, Denver

The car reeked of weed. Felt like I needed to wash my clothes when I got out. When I arrived at my destination, my host asked me if I had smoked pot on the way — which I had not.

Total disaster - despite having made the booking a week earlier, we received a phone call 1 hour before we were due to pick up our car and were told there were no cars available. No explanation, no offer to help find another vehicle, just simply that "we have no cars for you". Completely unprofessional service.

The car was filthy. The driver-side window didn't work; it kept going down and would not let you close it without trying to raise it multiple times. The car wasn't ready for pickup. We had to wait 6 hours before we could get a filthy car with less than a quarter of a tank.

My reservation was confirmed but when I got to the AVIS location no cars were available. Clerk was not useful in finding another location that had a car available.

We were charged much more than what we booked for because of the wrong location.

I expected a ford transit but got a chevy express. the express is a little taller and a bit more difficult for seniors to enter. It drove fine and was not a major issue. overall an excellent value for the week

Reservation was not honored and the agent added insurance to my new reservation costing me over $300 I didn’t need to spend. Horrible experience

Car was available when I went to pick it up. You need to make sure cars are available before you let people rent them online and pay for them.
