Cheap Car Rentals in Albany Dougherty County Airport

The counter in Albany is great, the woman was very nice and quick! However i will not use this company in the future.The car I rented tire spontaneously burst(there were no glass, nails or debris in the tire Once removed but the thread was visibly showing) once I was 4hrs away from home. I thought it would be no issue because I got the insurance. I was wrong. It happened at 8am I called at 11am and after talking to upwards of 5 different people, being transferred a million times(because no one could answer simple questions such as is this a covered expense) and hung up on several times, and lied to about a service technician being dispatched to me. I finally got someone dispatched at 6pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. It took over 2 hours for the technician to arrive. This entire time I am stranded in an area I am unfamiliar with. Once he finally arrived to change the tire we were forced to drive 40 minutes away for a replacement but due to the spare we were only able to go 50 MPH so it took us over 1.15 minutes to make it. Once we arrived to get the replacement, the clerk asked what was wrong with the vehicle, which we explained, and at which point he began laughing as if us being stranded upwards of 12 hours was funny. All in all I would never recommend this company nor would I use them again.
