One of the worst experience , very bad car ,nissan sunny and no screen to connect with phone(very important to use navigator and I don't believe there is still some car with no screen , pick up the car from terminal 3 and I took an hour to get the documents and also I asked to drop the car at terminal 2 , she said we don't have a counter at terminal 2 , you have to drop the car at terminal 3 and take a taxi to T2 , later one I realized there is a counter at terminal 2 but it's funny the open from 1pm to 5 pm anyone else come before and after this time has to go to T1 or T3

high price ..they made me pay the ticket parking although i didnt park in it ... after they made me sign the contract the car they gave me was not the one i chose they forced me to take a small one and i was tired and had no choice ..

Drop off experience was a nightmare, Abel took 30 min to do the check out, he inspected the car from the bottom to the top like he was going to buy this car from me, his extremely slow pace was really frustrating when you have a flight to catch and you on the run!

Alamo failed to clearly communicate that they do NOT have a pick-up/drop-off desk in Terminal 2! Although the reservation said that it was "Airport Pickup," and the fine print DID say they had desks in T1 and T3, it did not give sufficient heads up that T2 is very far from T1 and T3, and there is no airport shuttle, and no way to walk there from T2. This meant we had to walk around for 30-45 min figuring out what to do, and in the end, we had to book an airport taxi (with its expensive airport fee) BOTH for pick-up AND drop-off, which added to our expenses and even worse, added to our inconvenience and time. When I told the staff, they were very apologetic, but they were unable to help offer us a ride and did not take much responsibility at all.

Car was not ready on time, I had to wait to receive it, and the staff in the office did not bother to have it brought down until AFTER I was done with the paperwork. The car was relatively clean, but they used a cleaner that left residue on the navigation screen that I could not get off. The car had 1/4 tank of gas, but the paperwork said it was full. When I brought it back, they charged me for a tank of gas because I returned it as they delivered it to me. I won't rent from Enterprise at Dubai Terminal 3 again. Ever.

Was to pick car up @2pm.got there 2.30pm had to wait over 30 minutes There was vibration on the steering over certain speed called them 3 to 4 times with my concern initially they offered a replacement but not the same they said they will call back . Nothing no calls . Unfortunate

We booked and had a confirmation email with the price for the rental for 8 days. When we arrived the person at the desk had all our reservation information but said the price was 4 times what our email said. When we showed him the confirmation stating the vehicle and the price, he said “I cannot do that price, this is my best price” and the amount was four times our confirmed reservation amount. We have since checked back to see if we misunderstood the email but no, they just offer one price online and then when you get there adjust the price and will not honor the confirmation from online. The worst part is when this was happening the guy behind us in line said “oh yeah they do that all the time, every time I rent with europcar they charge way more than when you originally book, it’s a huge scam” he said the only reason he uses them is because it is a company card so not his money. I would NEVER use them again. We had to scramble to find another company last minute and got a car from them for a more reasonable rate.

I booked the vehicle in AED(local currency in Dubai) and I have an email confirmation for this, but when I got to the rental desk I was told the amount would need to be paid in dollars. So the reservation turned out almost 4 times the amount. Even though I had an email confirmation with the currency clearly written in AED, they would not honor it. They already had the slowest and most pathetic service I’ve ever experienced in my life, so I went ahead and just paid the amount to save my time. I highly would not recommend this company.

They refused to present a car. My licence was not accepted. I don't understand why. Because my driving licence always accepted in whole Europe. I'm a traveller renting motorcycles and cars everywhere. But here they did not accept my driving licence. They decided that my licence is not international)). If my license is not international how other countries supply with motorcycles and cars.

The pickup took around an hour, including redoing virtually everything in my online purchase and signing all new contracts, after I believed I had already signed and paid for everything. Also I was told that the insurance I purchased from Kayak did not cover a bunch of things and that I needed a different credit card to secure a large deposit to cover potential damages not covered by that insurance.

I went there with all the necessary documents. After some time waiting, they informed me that they didn't have the car I rented, nor any other car in the upgrade. Even though I have reserved the car way before AND paid for it AND called to confirm a day before, they did not have the car... I still didn't receive my refund by the way. They did offer a downgrade, but I couldn't send back home one of my kids with two bags!

That my family was safe after vehicle malfunctioned

This branch Terminal 2 offered me a vehicle with poor maintenance. My family and I could have died on the highway when it malfunctioned. The staff couldnt care less about our situation and Mangosh even told me that ‘this is the Emirates, we are different, we dont offer the services you are asking for’. The team was deceitful and rude. I reported this branch to consumer protection services. If you dont want to die, avoid renting. I’ve contacted my credit card company to dispute payment to them. Kayak should not promote them.

They tried to charge me an extra 50 USD just to drop off in AD when it was clearly included in the original booking, then they added 50 AED for airport pickup when again, the booking was originally front the airport. Basically a load of hidden fees. Borderline scam. And the car was a bit old and dirty.

We arrived at DXB to find that the rental agency Payless no longer existed at DXB. The phone number provided by the booking service is not in service. We were stranded and our only options were to take taxis or book expensive last minute car rentals on the spot. We opted for taxis and public transportation as the other rental options were too expensive. We were surprised and let down. I know now not to rely on Kayak.
