I liked the staff I met. I liked the efficiency. The car was excellent.

I canceled this car per the terms and received no response. I was instructed to call Sixth where only a voicemail instructed me to cancel via email which no one responded to. The auto reply instructed me to click a link to cancel. After entering my details, I was messaged that the action (canceling) was ‘not allowed’. The cancellation request was a day prior to the rental.

We got a flat tire just after leaving. I get that these things happen, but there was no spare in the back, and I was required to pay for the full total of having someone drive out to replace the tire and nothing was covered because I didn't have the right specific insurance that covered the tires.
