The staff was friendly and courteous. They greeted us promptly and assisted us in our reservation. They didn't have anymore cars so they have us a free upgrade. They dropped us off at the airport.

They were able to drop us off at the airport, however they were not able to pick us up from there because they had an enterprise in the airport. Also after realizing that, they would allow us to transfer the reservation without paying extra, so we had to take a 17.00 cab to the other enterprise.

Pickup and drop off was easy.

The car I reserved wasn't available. I was "upgraded" to a larger vehicle, however, the larger vehicle almost had 50,000 miles and was showing some wear.

The lady at the Tompkins Airport was fantastic. Very helpful and courteous went out of her way to sanitize my credit card before returning it to me.

The car was a bit dirty, Crumbs on the back seat and a hair clip in the handle. Makes me wonder how well they are being sanitized.

The price was affordable for a one-way rental. So much so, that I’ll still consider Hertz if/when I have a need for another one-way rental.

The staff at my pickup location were a bit unfriendly and bad mouthed another customer who was on the phone. At one point, one of he staff members mentioned that the last time he was in NJ (where my bf is from), that a group of black guys tried to haggle him for money in Atlantic City - just unprofessional.

I was greatful to find a one way rental from upstate NY to NH. The Hertz team was courteous and I didn't have to wait long. I got a lovely Kia Optima for my rwntal. It was so comfortable for my 8 hour drive. Thanks Hertz!!

We got there to pick it up and they did not have the car we rented. We reserved a minivan for a family camping trip with 6 people. They had a Tahoe with no storage room for our stuff. The attendant did not offer solutions, or help us find another car. We had to scramble to find a mini van, driving to another town and spending $150 more. I had called dollar that morning to say we’d be late to pick up. They even confirmed my mini van. Worst experience, we ended up leaving hours later for our trip and having to set up camp in the dark with kids.

They could have had the right car or at least called us to tell us they didn’t.

it was fine

i had to get a car by 5 pm 12/24, because they were closed after that and the following day. Since i had to pick up earlier than i wanted to, my time was diminished with family for the holiday.

Nice car, good customer service

I needed directions to return one way rental to Logan Airport bur could not get through Avis phone system to talk with a person at Logan. I was only able to talk with some who read to follow car rental return signs.
