I became a Gold member in order to avoid lines and people. I was told I didn’t have to get in line just look at the screen for my name. My name wasn’t in the screen so I had to make a line. They finally tell me the exact location of my car. I get to it and I see a car that does not match what I rented. I asked two different workers there what do I do. Both of them tell me to just take the car. I explained to them I just arrived from a long flight and I have a baby. I do not want to be back and forth so please confirm. They both tell me just take it, not a problem. When I am leaving parking lot, the manager tells me I have to get all my things out of the car and go to a different car. I explained to him what his two workers have said to me and how I had already put my baby’s car seat in. Main reason I wanted confirmation before. He gets mad and me and tells me to move out the car quickly. I found it rude and disrespectful for him to treat me that way after I wanted to avoid all that and become a gold member for what? Still issues came nothing was smooth. I had my family of five getting out in the middle of the exit, rearranging the stroller and bags again. They refused to give me my license until I switched cars, acting as if I would steal something? I never cared for the car I just wanted to get my family to the hotel. The treatment was unnecessary especially since I was the one making sure which car to take. Avoid!
