Didn’t use them

They let us make a reservation for 7pm but we found out that they are only open until 6pm. Luckily we found this out before our day of travel. They offered for us to pick up our car at the airport for an additional $150. That seemed outrageous so we cancelled our reaervation

Price was good

It was not at the airport. Had to take a taxi to get and return rental. This was not clear upon rental . .it appeared to be on the airport

My fault.... went to the wrong airport location... they wouldn't accommodate my reservation and wouldn't help me get into an alternate car... walked to the next window which was National and they gave me everything I needed...including an upgraded car and a cheaper price right on the spot!

When I went to pick up the van, the first one was not clean. I had to wait for them to wash the outside. When they finally brought it to me, I opened the back door and inside was full of sand. I decided to take another van instead. When they brought it to me, there was garbage inside the vehicle. Obviously, it was not cleaned either.

I wasted several hours and over $60 in Uber fees due to a screw up by Hertz and Priceline. But worst of all, once I tried to contact Hertz and Priceline no one was able or willing to help me. It was among the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Everything else~! I checked with AVIS three times prior to my going to the Ft. Lauderdale location to drop off the rental car and was told that they did have a shuttle to the cruise ships. When I arrived, I was told that they stopped the shuttle and I had to pay $20. to a taxi to take us to the ship. The clerk was totally without empathy and said she didn't know why it still said there was a shuttle when they moved it two months ago. I used Alamo on the return trip home without any problems and with the ability to pick which ever car I wanted in my class (full size).

1) Sent to wrong pickup location 2) Original contract showed fuel tank full when only 1/4 full, and had to go back and wait to get contract revised. 3) Car needed oil change

Not much. Employee not helpful

Location of rental. Limited selection. Entrance to location. Did not accept the vehicle. Employee polite but not close to previous accommodations, helpfulness, over all after spending several hours on line I walked away without a vehicle.

Location was convenient - next to water taxi, near several hotels. Car was available to us 2 hours earlier than requested. Upgrade was offered, which we decided to take. Walk around the car and transaction was handled in short amount of time, there was no hard sell for additional cost items (the upgrade was offered, but not pushed), and we were on the road.

Finding the location was a bit of a challenge, but Hilton Hotel staff was quick to send us in the right direction and the challenge was well worth the convenience.

There was like; no car available. Wasted considerable time and Had to go to National.

I booked a car for Ft. Lauderdale airport. Got there no cars available. It was explained to me that reservation was for another location (& no cars available at airport). Considerable waste of time and expense.
