Cheap Car Rentals in Omni, Fort Myers

I was able to return the car to a different location from the place where I picked it up. Hertz ( the agents at the return location at Ft. Myers Airport ) were wonderful , real professional and I do appreciate all their assistance. My many thanks.

Didn't like paying for a second driver. Wasn't like that in the old days. I had to pay almost $100 extra for my 55 year old son so he could assist in the driving of the car!!

I was not able to rent.

Some confusion over the pick up location when booked on line. Hannah &, in particular, Shelsey, were extremely helpful & diligent in completing the reservation at RSW Airport location. Unfortunately, our first rental displayed engine maintenance caution near the mid point of our lease, so we had to return it for a replacement. Once again, the staff at RDW Airport were efficient at handling the transaction.

Payless airport reps rude. No shuttle to car rental from RSW airport. Had to take Lyft which added to rental cost. Not a good deal or value since it was very inconvenient. Car was given to me with low tire pressure light on. Back tires extremely low. All maintenance items should be checked and taken care of before picking up rental car.

Great service

Car was due for service, had multiple scratches and dings and chip in windshield. Upon return was not given receipt, was told it was emailed but it was not. Took 4 calls and 8 hours to get a return call with someone who didn’t drop the call ...until I asked them to read the receipt to me since they said I wouldn’t get it for 4 hours. Then was disconnected. When email did come, it’s $50 higher than it should be. Terrible customer service. Also did not get the class of car I reserved.
