When I returned the vehicle I went into the office where they then told me to go up stairs and I had to walk all the way back, very inconvenient and could have been done by someone working.

I had asked for a pick-up at the airport in Frankfurt and finally the pick-up is 20 minutes drive from the airport, this is unacceptable. I had to drag my two children by cab to the agency Sixt. and when I arrived the agency was closed. I had to spend a night in Frankfurt to wait for the agency to open the next morning. Also the agent told me that he was still there when I arrived even though everything was closed.
