Did not realize until we got to FL that our rental was off-site of the airport. Hertz agent at airport told us we needed to get a taxi to pick up car. No problem. We got our car, a Mission, roomy enough for my husband to get in and out of. Drop off was easy and they called a taxi for us.

This Hertz location was easy to deal with. My only comment would be if renting through Kayak, make sure you pay attention to where the pickup location is. My belief was I was picking up at the airport based on my search criteria. To my dismay I was told I had rented off the airport and had to take a taxi to the location.

Hertz changed my reservation without telling me. My weekly rate was $429. I extended my rental an extra week. When I dropped off the car, I was charged $1359.61. I am extremely disappointed with Hertz and Kayak.

The first car we were given smelled of smoke. I brought it back and the manager Bret exchanged it without a fuss. He even upgraded us for free. Would definitely rent from them again.

Staff seemed friendly enough, tried to fix problem.

Previous renters of the 1 van they have on site decided to come back late, so we lost 4 hours of our drive waiting for them to return. Car was given to us with 1/3 tank of fuel. No discount taken off for late delivery of car, but an overcharge of $200 on my cc card was just noticed. I will be following up.

I rent cars several times a year and this was by far the easiest best transaction I have ever had. The Staff were accommodating and polite. The whole process took from beginning to end about 10 minutes.

The lady at dollar brought the car up to the curb for me, and when I dropped off they had me simply drive up to the airport curb and leave it there. Very convenient.

Car wheels were a bit bunged up from folks hitting curbs, but car was decent and worked with no problem.

The car was dented on every panel. Front bumper was barely hanging on. Breaks squeezed very loudly going down the road. I was almost charged for the scrapes that were on the car.
