The crew at this Enterprise made it stand out. They were extremely busy on Sunday when we picked up, and they had one person out sick. They handled the situation well and took care of everyone as they could.

Consider that the DelRay location is one of the few open on Sundays. They will be busy if you need to pickup or drop off on a Sunday so be patient

This branch has NO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE after 6pm. So if you have a flat-tire or other, you are stuck in the middle of nowhere. You must wait until 8am the following day, stuck with your family on the side of the road, before you can reach them.

Reserved a van because we had 6 passengers and on vacation. When we got there no vans available. Nothing to accommodate 6 passengers and nothing to accommodate all our luggage. Had to take a vehicle that was only 5 person -- which meant cramped and no seat belt. Did not have a van for us until 2 1/2 days later. Not happy at all. Gave a discount but not really enough to make up for the horrible inconvenience and unsafe conditions.

The lady at dollar brought the car up to the curb for me, and when I dropped off they had me simply drive up to the airport curb and leave it there. Very convenient.

Car wheels were a bit bunged up from folks hitting curbs, but car was decent and worked with no problem.

The car was dented on every panel. Front bumper was barely hanging on. Breaks squeezed very loudly going down the road. I was almost charged for the scrapes that were on the car.
