We went to pick up our van and they said they have been trying for two days to get one. They couldn't get us one so we went to enterprise and had to get a suburban for 1325 dollars over twice the price. Avis said to send them the bill and they will send us a check for 500 dollars. With that vehicle gas was more and the 500 don't make up for our original rental price. real disappointed.

Very friendly enthusiastic staff

It took a little while to get going at pickup but I believe it is because the car just came in and they wanted to clean it.

The single overworked staff member was very pleasant and competent.

Hire more staff at this location! You can never get through on the phone and will be serviced by a single person (multiple visits - this was the case). Interior of the building was antiquated and dirty.

I will never rent from Budget again. Their professionalism is lacking. I was a little early for my pickup and was scolded. I’ve rented from many facilities before and this was the poorest that I had ever been treated. The inside of my car was not what I’d consider customer worthy. Drop off was easy though. That was the only plus.

The Vero Beach, FL staff was both friendly and helpful. Even though she was really busy she was professional and helpful.

It would have nice to have a shuttle service to take me home after I dropped off the car. I live in town and fairly close to the drop-off location.

Car drove well

trying to get a hold of anyone at the LAX Budget was impossible. Circular phone promts just for a simple question. Also, the Indiana Budget guy said if we returned the car a day early, that we'd get a day off of our payment and I didn't see reflected in our bill after we dropped off the vehicle.

Car was decent, but not anything I would take on a trip again.

They did not have the car class I wanted so I paid an extra $20 to "upgrade" or drive a nasty little car. Also, the agent told me I was covered with the insurance but it was marked as denied coverage in the box. We had a little discussion about that. Next time I go to an airport and pay more and be sure of what I am getting.
