We were promised a vehicle that I reserved a few months ahead of time as I knew about the shortage of rental vehicles When we arrived after our flight arrived, there were no more vehicles for us to rent, nor was there anything a supervisor could do despite having multiple cars from corporate on the lot. (The young man at the desk said that they were no longer associated with corporate). He called the supervisor only after I repeatedly asked him to do so, and even then, there was nothing they could do, leaving us stranded at the airport unable to get to our final destination that night. They wouldn't comp us for our hotel stay and Uber to get to the hotel, which was booked THAT night (as our Airbnb was about 90 minutes away and we had NO vehicle to get there). Awful experience, awful company. Never again will we book with Hertz. Unprofessional and inexcusable.
