The agent at the desk didn’t look at us when we walked up to the desk and didn’t even say hello when we said hello to her. We waited as she wrote in a paper and my husband said, “um, we have a reservation.” The agent said back, “name.” No hello, nothing kind or friendly. She then said, “we don’t have a car for you. I tried to call you.” She hadn’t. I had no missed calls, no emails, nothing. She was VERY rude, didn’t apologize, didn’t try to help us, NOTHING. Horrible customer service, very rude, and we ended up have to cancel our entire trip. This agent needs serious training or to be fired immediately. Wildly disappointed and will be sharing this story with others.
