The quick recovery by a respresentative at the Harare Airport!

Waiting at the Harare Airport for over an hour to finally be told that the vehicle we'd rented wouldn't be ready until the next day! After not showing up at the airport, the representative stayed with us through the ordeal of making sure we got to our destination and a proper vehicle to accommodate our luggage.
