I liked that the desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. But the wait to get the vehicle was extremely long. They know when spring break is so they should staff accordingly.

The pick up experience was aweful . There was a line with approximately 30 people waiting and only 2 clerks. There were no signs with instructions. Avis was the only company with a long line waiting. It was a nightmare ! I waited over an hour just to reach an agent.

The vehicle had not been properly cleaned. It had 60,000 miles on it. Torrential rains hit whilst driving, and the wipers were in horrible condition. It was urgent that I replace them immediately. Getting the claim filed upon the return of the car to the Avis agency at the LAS airport was even more unpleasant. I am yet to see the refund for the wipers I replaced. I feel like Avis really doesn't care. I will not return to them for my next rental if I can avoid it.

I had to wait for nearly 2 hours in line to pick up my car at the airport -- after traveling across the country on a plane. I missed a scheduled excursion in Las Vegas because of the delay. Also, I returned the car with a full tank but they charged me more than $20 for fuel.

Dollar never entered our reservation so we didn’t have a rental car available, and were unable to secure a vehicle from Dollar at all since they had no inventory. We were forced to use a competing rental company and spend a lot more money than we had anticipated.

We where over charged by 200 to the site then an additional 200 dollars for we don’t know what the total hire for 1 day was 598 dollars and on the web site it said 227 not happy at all they never said how much they where charging to it was to late tryed ringing to get help no one answers

My rental reservation was for 10:00 pm and when I finally got to the counter at 12 midnight, the agent told me that they don’t have any cars available in the class that I had reserved and that I would have to wait for an hour before one would become available. He said if you don’t want to wait, I can upgrade you to a bigger car for an additional $10 per day. Budget is a ripoff and I will not be renting from there again.

I am a local and was renting a car to go to Cali as we often do to save on wear and tear. The guy at the office was like did you read our policy and I said no and I asked what it was about and he said all locals need a utility bill to rent a car. WHAT? Never ever had I heard about this from the other companies and why would you hassle locals that are going to suggest you for rental to friends and family. I walked out because he gave attitude like he didn’t even want to be at his job! Be aware of this place.

I am grateful for Ace Car Rental. They were especially busy, but still took care of us in a quick and efficient manner. Their staff is very kind and professional as well. I appreciate their consistency in all they do. They are dependable and caring. We will definitely being use them again. I think we have been there at least 3 times. They are winners!

It shouldn't of took 2.5 hours for us to get from the rental car place to ace. You need more shuttles. We also weren't aware we had to take a 2nd shuttle just to get to ACE. So inconvenient and interrupted Part of our trip.

didn't care for the transmission on the Jeep Compass , some weird manual - automatic..wasn't in drive most of the time , had to keep checking because it was reving to high , The fuel tank was very small , only holds about $30 dollars if completely empty , made it a little harder to drive over 2000 miles , but just a bad pick on my part vehicle wise .

Good value; cheapest van rental available by a considerable amount.

Van had not been cleaned very well at all when we picked it up. The inside windshield was so dirty it was hard to see thru it when the sun lite hit it. There was melted chocolate in the luggage compartment. The cup holders and storage areas in the front had not been vacuumed or wiped.

The staff was helpful

My issues weren't with the rental place. My issue was with Kayak. I reserved a vehicle. I wanted a minivan. Everything I saw on the Kayak site looked and sounded like a minivan. I ended up renting a 12 passenger van. That's crazy! I had to get another car last minute. It took a lot of time and was more expensive than planned.

It was an available van at a decent price.

Little disappointed with the $200 security deposit that they charge you at pick up, but then when you drop the van off they tell you that the security deposit that they charged to your card will not be refunded for up to 5-7 business days.

Their pickup area is separate from the other renal companies and you have to walk over to get there. Their renting process is longer, even though the people are very nice. Their facility is pretty old and with no technology

I didn't like anything. The worst rental experience I have ever had. They will not communicate with you. I basically would have had to cancel my trip if I didn't take the car they provided. Not the one I needed. Got a flat tire. No spare and no way temporary fix the flat. Didn't have the tires on the car that they said they had. Run flats nope no run flats.Tire was taken car off Now the car hasn't been returned for 10 days and No communication. I dropped off at the correct time. So they are charging me for it sitting daily. I wasn't in an accident. And yet mysteriously they don't answer phones or reply to emails.

Sixt are a bunch of thieves. Counter person had no idea what she was doing. Car had 40000 miles on it and was dirty. Waited twenty minutes for a car. She then pre.charged me without my consent and they ended up stealing the money when I brought the car back early. Just an absolute disgrace and I will never use them again. Don’t even think of renting from sixt.

They pre charged me without my knowledge…I returned the car 15 days early and they then refused to give me any of the money back they had charged me without my consent. They literally stole 1000 dollars from me and I’ll never use any of the parties involved again.
