They didn’t have the van available. Thankfully, they realized this the day before and saved me a trip out to their facility but by then there was no time to find a replacement van somewhere else.
Nothing. We showed up and they didn't have the car. The only thing they offered was to upgrade for $100 more a day.

Hertz is TERRIBLE!They are renting cars out of a location that does NOT exist (Bear Creek - Highway 6 N).Then re-routed me to another location (Copperfield) and the Branch Mgr I dealt with was terrible.Totally lacking in customer service.Wouldn't honor my LOCKED IN pricing.NEVER again!
Nothing. It was a horrible experience. After booking the car with Hertz on Kayak, when I went to the office, I was shocked to know that they did not have the car that I booked. And to add to the misery, when I asked for my Uber refund, they refused that as well. I’m so done with Hertz.
Have professional and responsible staff on site.

They are not offering what the advised in this app They didn’t have cars, too expensive the rental, and when I did the drop off they charge me more money because I did the contract in a different location ..
Customer said they tried to reach me and let me know they didn’t have the car I reserved. I had previously called enterprise prior to arrival and confirmed the reservation which they did. Arrived and I was upsold another vehicle that I didn’t take so I will not ever use this service again.
