Great, cute and clean car, easy pick up, no heavy attempt at upselling another vehicle or insurance.
I was told by the woman at the counter when I EXPLICITLY asked "what time must the car be returned" and she told "in before 4pm and you're good." Well this was a LIE, and when I called customer service they said I got charged for a second day at 12pm (I returned the car at 1:30). The customer service lady was extremely rude when I called and said "it's based on the rental agreement, not what the agent told you". So just beware they will lie to you about the return time to make more money, then tell you it's your fault!
Did not have the car I reserved at the reservation time. Only car available was a "premium" car and they forced me to pay extra for a car I did not want
Better communication about Credit cards u cud purchase insurance but can't rent the car with same credit card

Clerk was rude, i had to wait almost 2 hours, car was dirty and the clerk almost got his butt beat up
They did not have a car for us, even though we have a reservation. Somehow, I guess, my overbooked, even though there were still a couple dozen cars sitting on the lot. It took us about an hour of calling around and paying Uber to drive us to another location before we were able to find a car, and instead of good customer service where they worked on helping us, it was all on us.
It was a very clean, affordable car. I never waited for long at the rental location. Everything was handled well and went smoothly.
I work for a large company and am under 25, and several of my coworkers are as well. It is obnoxious to pay a fee for our age when we are consistently using this service.
they cancelled my rental with no warning and left me stranded. No cars available due to flooding. I understand there was flooding but that was a week prior and they didn’t tell me until the night before. I could have made alternate arrangements had I known in advance
Hours were not correct on the website and after hours drop off was not mentioned on the website.
Staff was very friendly.
Car I booked was not in stock. They gave me a van with less than a half a tank of gas, then overcharged me for my rental after it was discussed that they were going to “cut me a deal”. Horrible experience and service.

Had to wait a bit for the location to get enough cars, but the Enterprise reps were exceptionally professional about keeping me posted and getting additional cars so I didn’t have to wait long.
I was disappointed in the Hertz rental. I tried to book near me and was given a confirmation #. Went to the place and they stated they do not do 2 or 3 party booking. I was very disappointed in Hertz and the man I spoke to.

Nice, comfortable car. It was supposed to be filled up with gas when I picked it up, but the tank was closer to 3/4 full. SiriusXM did not work. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with an agent who finally got it downloaded by satellite. However, only about 12 preselected channels were available to me, none of which I wanted to listen to. I was very disappointed in this, even though the Nissan Altima was a comfortable car.
I made the reservation several weeks in advance and my cargo van was not available the day of, extremely disappointed
The place was closed. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
Reserved a cargo van, called the morning of the date reserved and was told they didn’t have a cargo van available. They told me they would call back if they could find one in the Houston area. When I called back because they’d never did, I was told a SUV “might” become available later that day but claimed no vans would be ready until the next day. Ended up having to rent from another company.
