Didnt wait long to pick up, considering I was the only one there, shouldn't have waited as long as I did.
Car was pretty dirty, hadn't been cleaned at all from prior rental. Didnt have time to deal with it.
Great, cute and clean car, easy pick up, no heavy attempt at upselling another vehicle or insurance.
I was told by the woman at the counter when I EXPLICITLY asked "what time must the car be returned" and she told "in before 4pm and you're good." Well this was a LIE, and when I called customer service they said I got charged for a second day at 12pm (I returned the car at 1:30). The customer service lady was extremely rude when I called and said "it's based on the rental agreement, not what the agent told you". So just beware they will lie to you about the return time to make more money, then tell you it's your fault!
Did not have the car I reserved at the reservation time. Only car available was a "premium" car and they forced me to pay extra for a car I did not want

I bought the insurance online (Allstate), but when I get there the employee told me that I have to claim by myself if I get accident without their (budget's) one. I don't like this part.
Only one person runs the location, receiving, renting, cleaning cars. There is a waiting time, and the man is in a terrible mood because he has to do it all. He received a car and just cleaned it up, and that was the same he assigned me. The gas tank was not complete, the trunk was dirty (he offered to clean it, but it will take time), the car was not working well, had electrical problems. I wish there were another location close to this area.
Easy in-easy out. The staff was professional on both ends. The car was nice and clean. The price was wonderful in comparison to other companies and I appreciate that.
Better communication about Credit cards u cud purchase insurance but can't rent the car with same credit card

I was disappointed in the Hertz rental. I tried to book near me and was given a confirmation #. Went to the place and they stated they do not do 2 or 3 party booking. I was very disappointed in Hertz and the man I spoke to.

Nice, comfortable car. It was supposed to be filled up with gas when I picked it up, but the tank was closer to 3/4 full. SiriusXM did not work. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with an agent who finally got it downloaded by satellite. However, only about 12 preselected channels were available to me, none of which I wanted to listen to. I was very disappointed in this, even though the Nissan Altima was a comfortable car.
I made the reservation several weeks in advance and my cargo van was not available the day of, extremely disappointed
The place was closed. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
Reserved a cargo van, called the morning of the date reserved and was told they didn’t have a cargo van available. They told me they would call back if they could find one in the Houston area. When I called back because they’d never did, I was told a SUV “might” become available later that day but claimed no vans would be ready until the next day. Ended up having to rent from another company.
they cancelled my rental with no warning and left me stranded. No cars available due to flooding. I understand there was flooding but that was a week prior and they didn’t tell me until the night before. I could have made alternate arrangements had I known in advance

Notification process. Only after I arrived at the site was I informed there was no vehicle for me. I was told they didn;t have a telephone number at which to reach me. However I provided both an email and number with my online reservation.
The guy who checked me back in was at least friendly.
The woman who "helped" me at pick-up was rude and condescending. I couldn't get away from her fast enough. Yet she forced me to wait almost an hour for my reserved car, which meant that I was now leaving town in the middle of rush hour traffic in the rain. (Took me 2 hours to go 20 miles, I'm not kidding) The car I was given has to be the worst vehicle I've ever had to drive. Horribly uncomfortable seats, no cruise control and I was concerned about the brakes more than once. I will never ever accept a Hyundai Accent from any rental company, and I will not return to this branch of Enterprise based on that wretched woman at the counter.

That it was too far but they did have drop off location at airport.
I did not notice that your rate had me picking up the car at an address other than the airport, especially since I had put in that I wanted to get it at the airport. So when the airport informed me of this and stated they did not have any available cars left I had to hire a Taxi for $72 to take me to the Rental agency located clear across town. Then I had to pay another $80 to be able to drop it off at the airport. So your bargain ended up not such a great bargain. You should probably make this change in address a little more obvious on your website.
They upgraded me and It was a great car.
