I didn't like the fact that Kayak sold me insurance, then the the car provider told me that the insurance that I paid for through Kayak would not cover their car. I still don't know the details of who was right on that issue :(
I would have liked for them to honor my reservation. They called the night before to say that they did not have a car to fulfill by reservation and put me on a wait list.
They cancelled my reservation and didn’t give me any solution

Pretty much nothing because, even though I had a confirmed reservation, the vehicle I reserved was not available. Guess I can be thankful they called to let me know to not even bother to come out to pick it up.
I guess being baited with the idea that the rental company would pawn me off to another automobile once I got there...
Customer said they tried to reach me and let me know they didn’t have the car I reserved. I had previously called enterprise prior to arrival and confirmed the reservation which they did. Arrived and I was upsold another vehicle that I didn’t take so I will not ever use this service again.
Casey and Maya offered outstanding service and the entire process was seamless. Will definitely come to this location for any future rental needs.

Extended insurance was not part of enterprise and was told by agent that enterprise didn't honor it.
I was guaranteed my minivan for Christmas vacation.
Kayak quote was about $189...ended up paying total of $299.
Even though we prepaid, they cancelled the car at the last minute. I checked online…they were still taking new reservations, just at a higher price.
They didn’t have the van available. Thankfully, they realized this the day before and saved me a trip out to their facility but by then there was no time to find a replacement van somewhere else.
Nothing. We showed up and they didn't have the car. The only thing they offered was to upgrade for $100 more a day.
The staff for pickup were not that good. Not friendly but did finally take care of our needs
The drop off was good. The person we felt with was very nice and explained everything
I never got the car because it was closed due to covid

Kayak has false information on their site. I was promised an Audi A5 as a rental vehicle, however Hertz informed that they do not carry Audi vehicles, nor does any Hertz stores in Houston. Audi A5 is only available on the KAYAK website and not directly through Hertz. This is very misleading.
